• Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face. 
• The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IIT’s, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.
• Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts. 
• Weekly off on Wednesday

Responsibilities: 

• Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
• Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
• Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos
• Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
• Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Comany's  as solution
• Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
• Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s) 
• Targets: Revenue generation of Rs. 75000 in a week (after training)

We provide 2 months of paid training in the beginning of the joining comprising of “on the job training” & “class room training”. Targets will be different during training and after completion of training. We also provide certification after successful completion of training.

We provide reimbursement for all the above 3 every month.
