Job Description And Responsibilities: The Director (Human Resources) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/She is responsible for organisational planning and organising manpower resources, staffing, training manpower development, motivation and control and other specific activities of the organisation.

Qualification: The applicant should be holding a Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programme in Management (PGDM/ PGPM), with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute

Experience: The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organisation of repute

Age Limit: Age of superannuation 60 years. Internal: Min - 45. Max - 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation. Others: Min - 45. Max - 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
