Position Requirements :
- Strong leadership skills; be able to handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner; have excellent presentation and communication skills; and good program management skills.
- Possess the acumen necessary to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations.
- Strong knowledge of VMware sales process, including account planning, prospecting, opportunity identification, qualification, development, closing, along with partner and customer intimacy.
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships resulting in the expansion of new & existing business
- Strong organizational, planning and follow–up skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
- Demonstrated track record of success in organizational leadership and sales strategy.
- Ability and willingness to interact within all levels of the organization. Knowledge, understanding / past experience with Dell/EMC is a plus.
