Qualification  :  a) A Master's Degree in any subject with essentially good academic record. b) About ten years of regular service in Media or Mass Communication, specially Television, as Producer/Director or Engineer or Researcher or Administrator with emphasis on ability for software development, visualization and conceptualization of programmes and their development. c) Good communication skills to involve University Academics in ETV Production and d) Leadership qualities to manage Media Technical and Administrative staff and to coordinate production activity with Academic persons. The candidate will have to show/demonstrate software developed by him/her when called for interview. or An outstanding scholar with established reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge in the area of Mass Media (Television)

Desirable :  i) Knowledge and experience in computers & ICT ii) Knowledge and experience in developing e-Content material and use in Higher Education iii) Knowledge and experience in developing on-line MOOCs Courses and administering. (In case a suitable person in the above grade is not found, the University may appoint a person in the next lower grade. Also, in the case of exceptionally qualified candidates in the area of educational TV/Film production, the qualifications and age may be relaxed).
