Qualification : The applicant should be an engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognized university/ institution. Applicants with MBA qualification will have added advantage.
Experience : The applicant should possess adequate experience at a senior level in a large organization of repute; out of which minimum two years during the last ten years should have been in metallurgical sector. Experience in Mining sector will have added advantage.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)
Age Limit : Age of superannuation 60 years
