Director (Technical)/01 Post
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications & Experience
1) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Power Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2) Fifteen years of professional engineering experience with at least one year of experience at Superintendent Engineer (SE) level in a large power utility/ organization with generation, transmission and distribution in the business of power.
3) Planning/ design/operational experience in generation, transmission, and distribution, with particular experience in all matters related to network reliability and stability, power quality and flows.
4) Good written and communication skills.
5) Computer literacy.
Additional Desirable Qualification:
1) Experience in the development of tariffs in regulated industries and power sector reform in India
2) Experience in commercial issues, or power purchase agreements
3) Management or operational experience in all three utility functional areas i.e. generation, transmission and distribution
4) Experience or training in economic regulation
5) Demonstrated capability in analytical modeling
6) Knowledge of Hindi
Pay Scale: Rs.128900-219600, Pay matrix level 7

Qualifications: Minimum required Qualification
1. A Graduate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
2. 10 years of Engineering Experience in distribution Utilities.
3. Strong Computer literacy and skills should include demonstrated capabilities in analytical modeling and database management.
4. Should be capable of independently working in computers.
Additional Desirable Qualification
(a) Post Graduate Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering or MBA in Power Management from a recognized University.
(b) Experience in operation and maintenance of distribution system including commercial aspects of distribution (metering, billing and collection etc). system.
(c) Familiarity with Electricity Laws
Pay Scale: Rs.78800-197200 Pay matrix level 12
Sr. Private Secretary/03 Post
Qualifications: Minimum Required Qualifications & Experience: The person having seven years service as Private Secretary.
Pay Scale: Rs. 44900-142400 Pay matrix level 7
Age limit: The age limit as on 02.11.2018 for the direct recruitment to the posts shall be as per the prevailing rules of the Government and regulations issued by the Commission.
