Job Description
Field Publicity Assistant job position in Directorate of Field Publicity under Regional Office. DFP, Assam Region
Essential Qualification : As per Recruitment Rule. i. Applicant should possess a minimum qualification of Graduation from a recognized university. ii. He / She should be familiar with operation of Audio Visual Equipment/ Public Address System etc. documentary proof of training / experience needs to be attached if any). ik. Familiar in Computer operation. Desirable : i. Background of social work in rural areas and ability of giving talks in local language. ii. Valid Driving License of light Motor vehicle issued by Government viz Transport authority
Pay Scale : Pay Band (PB1) of Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800
Age : Age Group i. The age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and not more than 35 years-and relaxable for government servant up-to 5 years in accordance With the instructions of order issued by the Central Govt. the crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from candidates i.e within one month from the date of publishing the advertisement
Note : The post is to be filled from candidates who belong to Other Backward Class (OBC) category. Selected candidate will be on probation period for two years from the date of appointment
Nature of Works : i. Mainly Technical and Publicity work to carry out Field Publicity Programmes of Central Government through the Directorate of Field Publicity in rural areas and in assisting Field Publicity Officer in all Publicity/ Communication activities. ii. Maintenance of office records & Preparation of reports on programme activities
