Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls. Solving users queries regarding application use
- Assign bookings to drivers via a panel. Follow up with the rides and make sure that the trip is complete
- Handle phone calls from drivers and resolve any issues
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in English, Kannada
- Fluent in either Telugu or Hindi
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
- Should be able to work in all the shifts (Day, mid, and night)
