Short Description:
- Looking for candidate with 1-3 yrs in Accounts Receivables and Claims process/cash application and medium level of excel skills like v lookup and basic conditions formulas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting client SLA’s every time keeping in mind highest levels of accuracy
- Collects the proofs of dispute validity and initiates resolving actions as appropriate
- Delivers a high quality and cost effective customer service to the client
- Good communication skills ,both written and verbal
- SAP experience preferred
- Total experience should be 1-3 yrs in Accounts Receivables and Claims process/cash application
