District Consultant (Public Health)/ ICTC Lab Technician/ Laboratory Technician (Blood Bank)/ Counselor (NCD)/ Block ASHA Facilitator/ Account Assistant (NHM)/ LT (NUHM), Full time MO (NUHM)/ General Nurse Midwife (NRC) and Multi Tasking Staff vacancies in Department of Health - Family Welfare under Alipurduar District
1. District Consultant (Public Health)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing graduate with degree / diploma in Health Management with two years relevant work experince. ii) Training in Health quality like NABH / ISO 9001:2008 / Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. ICTC Laboratory Technician
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with minimum one year experience after graduation. OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory (DMLT), with minimum two year experience after diploma. Candidates must have working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000/- per month.
3. Laboratory Technician (Blood Bank)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree. ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma in Laboratory Technology (DLT) from any university / Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. OR Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any university / Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. OR Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc. in MLT /PGDMLT) from any university / Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. Candidates must have working knowledge of Computer. Desirable: i) Six months post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components (in Licensed Blood Bank) in case of Candidates having Degree / Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology (M.Sc. in MLT /PGDMLT/BMLT). One year post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components (in Licensed Blood Bank) in case of Candidates having Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (B+DMLT / DLT).

OR i) Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum two years experience in health projects. ii) Minimum typing speed of 30wpm and ability to type in Bengali. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in ASHA programme.
