Degree / Diploma in Journalism (duration of diploma course should not less than the one academic year) from a recognized University/Institution OR Certificate in Journalism (duration of course should not be less than 6 months) from a recognized Institution with 5 (five) years experience in Information & Publicity works of a Government (b) Desirable (I) Good command of English & Manipuri Language. (II) Experience in Journalism/ Publicity works under the Government or publicity organization of standing.
