Job Description

  • Candidate should be a Graduate with Rich Field experience of Sales & Operations.
  • Should know the area thoroughly and preferably a resident of the same area.
  • Can speak & understand English, Hindi & Local Language
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Insurance, Banking, Retail and Direct Marketing.
  • Job would require Frequent Travel within the Allocated Area.
  • Should own motorcycle with valid Driving License
  • The Block/district/state Officer will be responsible to provide ground support in the respective block for all the activities of Digital Deesha and will report directly to the District Operations Manager.
  • The Block/district/state Officer must work under the directions of the HQ and State team to provide on-field support for the activities of Leads Generation, Site inspection, signing of agreement with franchisee, upload of KYC documents, payment collection and Interior, Branding & Design coordination.
  • Ensure that all the Digital Deesha Kendra's in the block are identified for serviceability and enabled to provide the full range services.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office Accounts Team, Stores Team, KBD team, IT team and all the necessary stakeholders required after signing of Franchisee Agreements in the block.
  • Ensure supply of the required kits, activation and fully functional services at the Kendra.
  • Ensure requisite training is provided to the franchisees in the block regularly.
  • Daily monitoring of the activities of the franchisee.
  • Regular update in the form of MIS to be sent to the reporting authority.
  • Ensure that all services are Active at the Kendra's in the block based on the approved activation criteria.
  • Ensure customer and Partner satisfaction with high quality of services from the Kendra's and maintain strong business relationship with Franchisees & Partners in the block.
  • Ensure Coordination with the Help desk team for immediate resolution of franchisee or business partner queries/support requests/ concerns etc. relating to all services
