District manager
- Must have a good face value in market.
- Acquire new franchisee in block level.
- Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing business till signing agreement.
- Conduct training events for franchisee and his employee to help the franchise to go out and acquire more customers and increase his business.
Skills
- Any graduate and post graduate in sales and marketing with 1 to 2 years of experience in franchisee development from reputed institution.
- Great interpersonal skills should be confident and should have high energy level.
- Ability and experience in selling concepts and business vision.
- Should possess strong networking and relationship in the market.
- Salary No bar for right candidate.Starting will be 10 k.
