Objective:

• Treatment of minor ailments at primary health care level.
• Screening of cases needing emergency or specialized medical attention including dental care and nursing care and refer them to specialist/referral institutions.
• Abide to follow standard medical ethics in treating the patients.
• Keep up to date inventory and stock register of all the stores and equipment.
• Maintenance of the prescribed records at eUPHC level.
• Proper functioning of the eUPHC

Job Role:

• Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations.
  
• Comprehend patient’s condition, interpreting patient’s records and vitals and give appropriate medical advice.
  
• Prevention and control of communicable diseases for individuals and families and reporting to relevant public health providers.
  
• Maintaining an abstract of all the cases on daily basis in an electronic database.
  
• Organize the dispensary, outpatient departmen
  
• It and will allot duties to the ancillary staffGet indents prepared timely for drugs, instruments, vaccines, ORS and contraceptive etc. 
• sufficiently in advance and will submit them to the appropriate health authorities.
  
• Management and Supervision of all services provided in eUPHC.
  
• Periodic inspection of the pharmacy and lab in the eUPHC.
  
• Escalating any issues in the eUPHC to the senior medical officer.
