Urgent Requirement of Ward Resident/ MBBS Doctors for a reputed hospital in Mohali.
Experience Required - 0 to 8 years
Qualification Required - MBBS
Salary Offered - 42000 to 70000 per month
MCI OR ANY STATE REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY

Job Description:

Initial assessment and management of every patient coming to the wards, with the help of the SMO
To accompany the patient being shifted from wards to the other areas
To assess and appropriately manage the patients admitted in wards ensuring that the consultants orders are carried out timely
To report any fresh development (especially clinical deterioration) of the patient to the concerned consultant
To prepare the discharge summaries / death summaries
To carry out bedside procedures like insertion / removal of Arterial or Venial sheets under the guidance of Sr.Medical Officer
Shall be required to attend for local and out-station medical camps when called for.
They are required to give medical cover for sports events and social events when called for by the management
To communicate, cooperate and perform related duties with other co-workers in the ward and various departments in a courteous and an efficient manner to achieve overall hospital goals and objectives
Accompany consultant doctors on IPD Ward visits
In the absence of the Consultant - Pay timely visits to In - patients and treat the patients along the indicated line of treatment
Conduct medical procedure under supervision after getting the consent from patients attendant
Implementation of Quality (ISO/NABH/JCI) protocols in patient care
Complete and correct documentation of patient file & records
Check and authorize all diagnostic requisition slips
Make available emergency medicines in ICU and IP Ward.
Monitor the Nursing care Proper Medication, timely vitals recording etc
Inspect maintenance of the Patient ward during his Duty
Attend emergencies and informing consultant doctors for further action
Providing the information regarding the patients condition to his/her attendant whenever required
Check the diet chart, medicine chart, vitals chart frequently
Coordinate with all nursing/Para medical & non medical staff of the department to maintain high standard of medical care to the patients.
Perform other activities /duties and other assigned by the seniors
Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management
