Job Description

BDS VirCon is looking to hire Female Candidates for Back end Support and Document Controlling Activities for its Chennai Office.

Job Description:

Assist management and team members in day-to-day operations.
Take care of Project Administrative activities
Supporting the Technical team in handling data and documents (Create / Update / Upload / Analyse and Maintain)
Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends.
Maintain and update Project Logs, Time sheets etc
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Coordinating with the different teams and collecting information on various activities

Requirements:

Any Degree with 1-3 years of Experience
Must be good in Excel, V lookup- H Lookup, pivot table and advance excel
Excellent spoken & written English communication
Only Female Candidates preferred

Interested candidates can walk-in on 8th January 2019 between 10 am to 12 noon

Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,00,000 P.A.
Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time
General Day Shift, 5 days working (Mon - Fri)
No cab services will be provided
Salary will be commensurate with experience and structured to attract and retain the best.
