Job Description
- Develop Electronic document management system / centralize document control centre and its implementation for all engineering / commercial documents as per ISO standard.
- Receiving, distributing & controlling of the entire technical documents of the Project.
- Conduct regular internal audits of departments on documentation to ensure company procedures are complied with client requirements.
- Explain how all activities related to the document control procedure are controlled & coordinated to internal & external auditors.
- Generate various document control reports such as (Drawing revision no / received / issued / superseded tracking register, RFI, NCR tracking register, PO / WO invoice tracking reports & correspondence incoming / outgoing / replied / pending report) as required.
- Receive, log, track, file, and monitor engineering drawings as per procedure.
- Maintain the document controls database through input of drawing information
- Maintain system documentation, flow charts and related materials which reflect the ongoing activities of the department as well as document flow.
- File and retrieve documents/drawings and originals necessary to facilitate the control of project documents.
- Perform Scanning, Printing and Filing activities.
