Job Description
- Position : Document Specialist
- Experience : 1-2 Yrs
- Work Location : Chennai
- Shift : General Shift

- Processing of documents using MS Word, MS Excel as per clients' specification
- Responsible for the accurate completion of edits as instructed by the client
- Owning and taking responsibility for the service delivered in terms of consistency, accuracy and quality
- Responsible for processing of these documents within the specified timeframe
- Responsible for proactively informing Workflow coordinator or Client manager in case of unavoidable delays during execution of the job
- Responsible for communication with CRM coordinators regarding QC related issues( TAT, Accuracy )
- To own and take responsibility for work in terms of the final service completion
- To ensure a smooth hand-over at end of shift and communicate information to peers
- Qualification:
- Any graduate
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel,and Word)
