Functional Skills:

·         Excellent Knowledge of Advance Excel

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Educate Associate to upload Docs through Mobile Apps.

·         Collect Joining documents ( Offline ) and update the AMS

·         Prepare Offer & Appointment letters and send to associates.

·         Send required documents for BGV for all applicable cases

·         Maintain Record of Pan India employees joining docs on Server

·         Coordinate & Collect AMS data from our Branches.

·         Follow up with branches, if associates of their locations have down loaded Mobile App.

·         Prepare warning Letters, Absconding Letter.

·         Prepare and send salary revision Letters / emails  to  employees

·         ID Card to be done

·         Generating the UAN and ESIC also updating the KYC

·         Account Opening
