- Establish and maintain donor relationships via call.
- Verifying the contact and communication details for each and every donor.
- Regular contact and follow up with the donors.
- Welcoming donors for associating with family of Plan India.
- Assures quality customer service to all donors.
- To ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organisation by him/herself.
- Fulfill task and duties allocated by the
line manager.
