Job Description
- Company head by Overseas Architect and team; our holistic approach to Architecture includes full interior design and planning services.
- Our works range from Architectural, Interior and Landscape Design of individual buildings to Master Planning and design of large residential developments.
- The firm’s projects include private residences, resort and boutique hotels, commercial buildings, Agile Office Concept , residential developments, and institutional projects; Community Centres/Resident’s centre, Parks and etc. Opportunities To join our team

Education :
- Fresh graduates / or with 2 years working experiences.
- Able to Read, Write, Speak and understand English.
- Able to draw using AutoCad & AchiCad.
- Able to do. Sketchup is an advantage.
- Knowledge of rendering using Lumion added advantage.
- Photoshop knowledge.
- Able to use Mircosoft programme : Words, Excel Power point
The Role
- Draft and produce Architectural drawings : Elevation drawings, details drafting on Concept Design, Design.
- Development and Tender Drawings stages.
- Draft and produce Interior Design drawings sets for Concept Design, Design.
- Development and Tender Drawings stages.
- Coordinate Interior Design drawings with all other design services including Architecture, Structural and M&E services.
- Resolve technical construction details.
- Good technical detailing and specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities.
- Review and comment on shop drawing from contractors.
- Ensure Interior Design intent and specification are maintained in drawings and on site.
- For fresh graduates, with positive attitude _ Overseas training will be provided
