Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
No. of Posts : 03
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech. with first division in any of the following branches along with NET/GATE qualification 1. Metallurgical Engineering. 2. Materials Science and Engineering 3. Materials Engineering 4. Materials Technology 5. Metallurgical and Materials Engineering OR M.Tech./M.E. in any of the branches with first division at both B.E./ B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. levels
Desirable : Preference may be given to those who have M.Tech degree in one of the above branches.
Subject : Metallurgy/ Material Science
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : M.Sc. in Physics with first division along with NET/GATE qualification
Desirable : Prior research experience in educational or R&D organization.
Subject : Physics
Stipend : Rs. 25,000/-p.m. for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year (If retained as JRF)
Age Limit : 28 years
Research Associate (RA)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Ph.D. in any of the branches mentioned under Sl. No. 01. OR M.E./M.Tech. with first division in any of the branches mentioned under Sl No. 01 along with 03 years of research, teaching or design and development experience with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal.
Desirable : Preference may be given to those having a Ph.D. degree.
Subject : Metallurgy/ Materials Science
Research Associate (RA)

Qualification : Ph.D. in Physics
Desirable : Prior research experience in the field of materials science
Subject : Physics
Stipend : Rs. 40,000/- p.m.
