Dredge Control Operator/Master job recruitment in Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI).
F.3. Dredge Control Operator/ 06 (UR-5, OBC-1)
Essential Qualification : Petty Officers from Indian Navy having one year experience in the Grade. OR Diploma In Mechanical /Electrical Engg. with experience of one year in operation of machinery. OR Matriculation With Minimum Ten Years Experience As Tube Operator on Dredgers . OR i) Driver 1st Class With 5 Years Experience in The Grade . ii) Knowledge Of Swimming Desirable : Experience in running and operation of Cutter Dredgers.
Age limit : Not exceeding 35 year as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Pay Scale :Level 6 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC, and pre-revised Pay Band II of Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade pay of Rs. 4200/-
F.4 Master/09 (UR-6, OBC-2, SC-1)
Essential Qualification : i) Certificate of competency as Master 2nd Class. ii) Knowledge of swimming.
Age limit : Not exceeding 35 year as on the closing date of receipt of application
Pay Scale : 2nd Class Level 4 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC, and pre-revised Pay Band I of Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs. 2400/-
F.5 Driver 1st Class/18 (UR-8, OBC-5, SC-3, ST-2)
Essential Qualification : i) Certificate of competency as Driver 1st Class. ii) Knowledge of swimming.
Age limit : Not exceeding 35 year as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Pay Scale : Level 4 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC, and pre-revised Pay Band I of Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade pay of Rs. 2400/-

inland waterways for shipping and navigation. The Authority primarily
undertakes projects for development and maintenance of IWT
infrastructure on national waterways through grant received from
Ministry of Shipping. The head office of the Authority is at Noida. The
Authority also has its regional offices at Patna, Kolkata, Guwahati and
Kochi and sub-offices at Allahabad, Varanasi, Bhaglapur, Farakka and
Kollam.
