JRF/SRF Plant Pathology Job in Directorate of Rapeseed Mustard Research on temporary/ Ad-hoc basis
Junior Research Fellow/One Post
Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/Genetic & Plant Breeding/ Seed Technology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences in above subjects with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification. Desirable: Candidate should have knowledge of computer application and experience in conduct of Field experiment of Plant Breeding.

Sr. Research Fellow/ One Post
Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Plant Pathology with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences in above subjects with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification. Desirable: Candidate should have working knowledge of computer application and specialization in handling of Alternaria fungal cultures.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) established the National Research Centre on Rapeseed-Mustard (NRCRM) on October 20, 1993 and redesignated it as the Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research (DRMR) in February 2009 to carry out basic, strategic and applied research on rapeseed-mustard. Besides, generating basic knowledge and material, the Directorate is also engaged in developing ecologically sound and economically viable agro production and protection technologies.
