- Responsible to Improvement of Cinema Operations process & Statutory Compliance adherance.
- Responsible for TAT for Patron complain resolution
- Responsible to 85% & above in Operational Audit for quarter consolidated / All audits RTY..
- Responsible for checking Attrition control (10% reduction)
- Responsible to Internal Cinema Compliances
- Responsible for Training and Grooming of staff as per SOP
