Qualifications and other criteria: Retired from Kolkata Police / West Bengal Police during last one year having served the Force for at least twenty years. Must have served as Asst. Commissioner / Dy. Superintendent of Police. Experience of working with the investigating cadre of Kolkata Police / West Bengal Police, with experience of direct action, enquiry, crowd control, Police Station duty and familiarisation with documentation procedures, mobile patrol etc. May be required to attend situations any time within the jurisdiction of Kolkata Dock System, Kolkata Port Trust.
Min. Qualification: Graduate.
Essential: Physical fitness and alertness is essential. Should be ready for odd-hour duties.
No. Of Post: 01 Post. From the retired officer of Kolkata Police / West Bengal Police not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner / Dy. Superintendent of Police.
Age: Not above 62years Other qualifications /Experience remaining the same, preference will be given to candidates retired recently and/or Candidates having experience of working at Port division.
Monthly Honorarium: Rs.31,200/- (Consolidated, under revision)
Posting: Posting may be done at any Dock or off-Dock site or Headquarters of Port Security Organisation at the decision and discretion of Security Adviser, KDS, KoPT.
