Dy. General Manager /Sr. Manager recruitment in Odisha Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd.
Dy. General Manager (Legal), E-5 grade/1 Post (UR)
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognized University
Experience : Should have 15 years relevant Post Qualification experience as practicing Lawyer in High Court or as Law Officer in any Government/State PSU/ Central PSU/ other Corporate House of repute or any other incorporated Company. In depth understanding of legal compliance framework in large manufacturing / Mining sector will be an added advantage.
Age : 44 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 78,800 to 2,09,200/
Dy. General Manager (Fin.), E-5 grade/1 Post (SC)
Qualification : Associate / Fellow Member of ICAI / ICWAI or MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE.
Experience : Should have 12 years relevant Post Qualification experience in Accounting/ Auditing/Taxation in any Govt../ State PSU/ Central PSU/ Other Corporate house of repute. Knowledge & experience in SAP-FICO Module will be an added advantage
Age : 44 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 78,800 to 2,09,200/
Sr. Manager (Persnl.) (Public Relation Officer), E-4 grade/1 Post (UR)
Qualification : PG Degree /Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized Institute approved by AICTE
Experience : Should have 08 years relevant Post Qualification experience in Planning, Developing & implementing PR Strategies & Liaisoning with the Stake Holders including Community & Media. Proven experience in leveraging Social Media Technology for corporate image building & visibility will be an added advantage.
Age : 40 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 67,700 to 2,08,700/-
Selection Process : The candidates applying for the posts of different grades / cadres shall be shortlisted on the basis of average career marks form HSC/10th onwards up to the qualifying examination. However weightage shall be given to the candidates having relevant additional qualification and work experience during screening.
The shortlisted candidates shall be called for verification of certificates / documents etc. as well as Personal Interview in the ratio to be fixed by the Management.
During verification if it is found that any shortlisted candidate has submitted false / irrelevant documents, his / her candidature will be cancelled and next below candidate from that category in descending order of marks shall be called for verification of documents as well as interview.
