- Preparation & reporting of Product costing MIS and related reports to Management;
- Enable accurate Product costing as per various applicable standards;
- Set-up strong benchmarks to enable product/process cost reduction;
- Informative MIS reporting on all product cost-related areas to enable effectively decision making;
- Drive system automation to re-orient business processes;
- Identification of avenues for improvement and driving them for results;
- Drive the external & internal audit environment to achieve strong synergies and progressive efficiencies
