Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities :
- Responsible for complete health claims process (Cashless, Reimbursement & TPA) PAN INDIA.
- Address CRM grievances, escalations.
- IT development, innovations, process changes, training.
- Corporate presentations.
Critical Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours) :
- Good communication skills – Read, write and speaking in English
- Good processing knowledge about health claims, preferably from general insurance / TPA’s
- Experience in handling customer grievances
