E-commerce Customer Service Representative recruitment at Olive Solutions, Ahmedabad
Job Description
- Answer incoming customer calls and determine their requirements.
- Route call, answer, or make notes to follow up in CRM.
- Place outbound calls to customers when necessary to advise and/or obtain information necessary to process orders
- Work with Account Managers, Technical Support, Training, Finance, and Sales to ensure customer’s questions are resolved
- Handle irate customers in a professional manner.
- Record all customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Obtain customer feedback information to improve our customer’s experience with the Online Store websites
- Interact and communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with our supplier and vendor partners
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
