Voonik is looking for independent, self-driven freelancers for Voonik in Chennai. This is a team of highly skilled and specialized freelancers who help sellers get started with their online businesses on Voonik.

What are the qualifications?

Experience in handling customer complaints/request

Responsibilities:

To work on orders management, returns, payments, packaging and promotions of sellers' products
To meet and train sellers on various operational processes and policies
To understand seller expectations and requirements, and suggest best ways to meet them
