Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Re-formatting of data in file format as acceptable by marketplaces
- Research keywords based on product category
- Communicate with client for any discrepancy in information provided
- Get in touch with marketplace's technical support to resolve if there's any issue
- Quality check before confirming the completion of work
- Daily reporting the status of work to management and client in given format
- Request clients for feedback over call or e-mail
- Detail Oriented.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of Manual Listing as well as bulk listing
- Candidates having experience of E-Commerce industry would be preferred.
- Should be Smart and Proactive
