Job description

Ensuring products are packed in a proper fashion and timely dispatches are ensured.
Generating manifests & dispatch labels for the orders and handing them over to the courier team for timely dispatches.
Maintaining a record of all orders, dispatches, and tracking
Follow up on pick up disputes and address in a timely manner
Follow up on product returns and cancellations.
Filling of order labels, invoices & manifests for all the platforms.
Coordinating with the production team on timelines & delivery dates for clients.
Maintain a stock of other warehouse inventory like stationery, packaging material, and place orders well in advance
Share weekly reports with the operations team & with the management.
