Job Description
- Co-ordinating with banks for Merchant approvals on IPG/AMEX/EMI & other products
- Handling Discrepancies raised by the banks for providing the approvals
- Taking responsibility on activating the approved banks against each merchant
- Making daily /Weekly MIS on approved /pending merchants.
- Responding to the queries raised by Merchant or Helpdesk
- Activation of merchants
- Working on a daily/weekly report of system
