Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibility

E-Commerce Operations Executive:
- Order Management - Order Processing (Retrieving the Order list, required shipping documents)
- Order Dispatching
- Catalogue and Listing Management
- Inventory Management
- Return Management
- Communicating on call and mail with concerned officials for issue resolution
Customer Service Specialist:
- Answering all Calls at our Support Number, Ensuring each call gets answered
- Replying on WhatsApp, SMS with appropriate responses and solutions.
- Closing business leads through suitable responses on call & WhatsApp.
- Innovating ways out to help growing business well
Key Skills
Functional Skills Fluent in MS Office, and Computer Basics Fluent with English Language in Speaking and Writing Professional Skills Managing Contingencies Proactively Contributes to making Processes Smooth & Easy Curious to Learn Passionate about his/her work Result-Oriented An Initiator & Contributor Effective Communicator Multi-Tasker Leader & Team Worker Organised/Disciplined
