Job Description

  • Researching top selling categories by each marketplace
  • Creating Seller Fee Calculator for each marketplace
  • Seller Accounts onboarding on Marketplaces
  • Knowledge of Listing, Updating & Uploading Product Data / Specifications / Images on Marketplaces such as Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
  • Manage individual and bulk listings
  • Maintain large online product catalogs
  • Updating inventory and prices
  • Manage daily operations for eCommerce including Order Processing
  • Participating in marketplace promotions and deals
  • Creating advertising campaigns for all marketplaces
  • To provide support and service to online customers, monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all website queries.
  • Create and maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
  • Create implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
  • Promoting products to increase revenue of sellers. Ability to maximize sales through online platform like Amazon, Flipkart, Voonik and others.
  • Price comparison study and suggesting best price points to clients
  • Handling buyer messages and Return queries in a systematic manner.
  • Oversee the product content presented on Website & Marketplaces
  • Manage seller website inventory and prices.
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid searches, SEO and SEM.
  • Able to resolve online technical issue of the customers.
  • Tie-up and affiliate marketing through third party platform.
  • All other co-ordinations required to complete online orders on a daily basis other than above Daily mentioned.
  • Daily keywords submission to various ranking sites.
  • Overseeing and executing the social media strategies for the company.
  • Online management of brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Creating and managing Google Analytics, Ad words and Web master.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly, monthly & quarterly sales to internal and external (brand) stakeholders.
