Responsibilities

Creates/Revises e-learning using Adobe Captivate software.
Creative ideas to make training more appealing in terms of concepts, graphics, animations, contents & flow.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Work closely with Instructional Designers and SME's for understanding the storyboard or concepts.
Design engaging learning solutions by analysing the identified training needs.
Perform LMS administration activities such as creating course codes, uploading content and reporting.
Influence and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content acquisition and review.
Provide ongoing support by monitoring and resolving eLearning technical issues.
Develop high quality and engaging learning materials for eLearning such as blackboard, Moddle, Saba, Canvas.
Create templates for eLearning to enable rapid & scalable authoring.
