Job Description
- Prioritize Revenue Generation and Customer Satisfaction.
- Managing customer issues proactively following through on SLAs
- Update information and notes of their conversations on the CRM as per need
- Reaching out to a pool of prospects and acquiring them to be our customers
- Cross sell products & Services of the Shopmatic platform along with other Eco – System Products and Services.
- Educate customers on the value of the online commerce industry and what it can do for their business
- Target oriented mindset.
- Having a Consultative approach towards situations
- Work in accordance with SHOPMATIC’s policies, processes, and procedures
