Description 

• In this role the individual works on one or more critical tasks for a particular retail product category. 
  
• These tasks include but are not limited to populating/procuring content for the product, interacting/coordinating with external vendors/internal teams to get content, identifying and correcting errors, populating data from external sources, maintaining records of work received and work performed. 
  
• Candidate will be responsible for handling day to day marketplace administration data entry & customer care. 
  
• Candidate will have to carry out activities like listing, inventory monitoring, coordinating with dispatch team, supporting accounting team.
  

• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• High accuracy in Excel data related work.
• Able to browser and search products on-line.
• Ability to enter product details in the e-commerce website fast and accurately.
• Multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Operate in the system with speed and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent listening skills.
• Excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines.
