Job Description
1. Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform of our clients on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, brand website, and all other popular marketplaces
2. Managing and executing promotional campaigns
3. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
4. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of client issues
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th May'22 and 18th Jun'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. You have prior experience in a similar role
2. Experience within digital marketing is a plus
3. You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
4. You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
5. You have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
6. You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation
7. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
