Economist
Number of Posts: 17 posts
Essential Qualification: PG Degree in Analytical & Applied Economics/Economics from a recognized institution/University. Ph.D. will be an additional qualification
Essential Experience : Required in the field of development planning/Economic growth/Manpower Planning/Regional planning/ Institutional Analysis/Action Research Methods/Preparation of Perspective plan/Preparation of District plan in any Government or Non-Government organization.
Remuneration: Rs 25,000 /-
Age: Less than 40 years
Micro Planning & Livelihood Expert
Number of Posts : 11 posts
Essential Qualification : M. Corn/MBA (Finance).
Essential Experience: Experience of working closely with community based organizations, social mobilization, gender and livelihood issues. Experience as a trainer and facilitator working closely with GOs, NGOs, SI-IGs and / or user groups.
Remuneration : Rs 25,000 /-
Age: Less than 40 years
Finance Expert
Number of Posts : 10 posts
Qualification : M. Corn/MBA (Finance)
Essential Experience: Computer proficiency in MS Office and Accounting package (Tally) is essential. While good work suitable work experience is desirable.
Remuneration: Rs 25,000 /-

Selection Process : Candidates meeting the qualification will have to appear for a written test and a subsequent interview (if short listed). Results of the written test and the interview will be on the basis of final selection. The selection procedure will be facilitated by Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB).
