Job Description
Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position):
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling.
- Motivate & convince potential students to opt for the courses offered by the organisation
- Make students aware of the part payment option in case they can’t pay the whole fees
- Active follow up with the students
- Handling enquires on phone, emails and chat
- Provide presales support in terms of collecting target audience database, generating leads, managing mailers/e-mailers campaign
- Give students information on Lecture schedule, assignments, projects et al
- Make a conscious effort to strike a good rapport with the students
- Ensure the student kit reaches all students on time
- Build referral schemes to ensure more business through referrals
- Coordinate with the placement team for providing placement support/inputs after students finish their course
- Ensure timely information is sent to all students on various student/course milestones
