Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide counselling to students over phone, email & chat and help them is choosing the right courses for themselves
- Understanding and answering student queries over phone/email and providing them professional guidance
- Work on automated ticket management system to take necessary actions and resolve customer tickets
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
- Work with the senior management team in refining our processes and improving customer satisfaction levels
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Good Spoken communication skills (Hindi & English both)
