Job Description
Location(s): East Delhi Center / Delhi NCR
Job Description: The candidate will
- Have to take regular counselings, do follow-ups of the leads and ensure enrollments for the center
- Handle students, plan batches, ensure fantastic service delivery through faculty/scheduling (HO) team
- Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Good communication, counseling & student administration skills
- Hard-work / Perseverance
- Flexibility in timings
- Positive & Never-say-die attitude
- Experience: 1-3 Years in a counseling position in the Education Industry.
- People in sales profile in some other industry and looking to move into education industry may also apply
- Offs: 1 Off per week on weekdays (not on Saturday / Sunday)
- Gross Salary: Upto Rs.23,000/- per month plus revenue/student feedback based performance incentive.
- Please note that this is an 'Upto' figure - the actual salary will depend on the candidate's existing salary (which can be proved through proper documentation like salary slips & bank statements) and the overall caliber of the candidate
