Job Requirements:

• Counseling Students and Parents about our courses, certifications etc.
  
• Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
  
• Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis via multiple communication mediums
  
• Clarifying doubts of students and parents
  
• Managing the fee structure of the course
  
• Monitor class schedules to ensure the smooth running of classes
  
• Liaison with Branch Offices for Upcoming Batches, Programs, admissions, schemes and other offers
  
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
  
• Call possible prospects, engage and retain as a candidate for the course
  

• Should be Graduate.
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.
  
• General working knowledge of Social Media.
  
• Should be of a Pleasing Personality.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is the must)
  
• Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
  
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing Industry would be a plus.
