Job Description
- Counselling students on entire admission cycle - Overseas Universities
- Follow ups - emails/phone calls/attend to walk ins
- Ensures compliance of systems & processes to improve operational efficiencies
- Ensure excellence in service delivery to the students being counselled
- Ensure Team - work.
- Ensure compliance to the code of conduct.
- Be the value custodian of the company.
- Ensure average counseling per day as per benchmarked targets assigned
- Feed in all communication with the client / student / partner
- Actively take feedback from students / universities / partners on a regular basis
