Hiring for Education Counsellor profile at Jaipur.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide counselling to students over the phone and help them to choose the right courses for themselves.
* Understanding and answering student queries over the phone and providing them professional guidance.
* Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
* Work with the senior management team in refining our processes and improving customer satisfaction levels
* Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further process.
KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Good Spoken communication skills (Hindi & English (not compulsory) both
Good English writing skills
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Location: Mansarovar Jaipur
Salary package - 8k-12k (monthly) (Negotiable)
