Job Description for Counsellor:

Counseling of Students / parents, explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through face to face meetings.
Gathering the basic information like name, location, class studying in, program interested in, phone number etc.
Should have a strong interest in Counselling the students and be highly motivated to ensure the students get admission.
Should show interest in interacting with Aspirant Students and their parents and have a skill set to convince them.
Should be prompt in replying to students queries.
should have good presentation and convincing skills.
Report preparation on daily basis on the specified format on the day to day routine.
Prepare, organize and maintain appropriate resources, reports.
