Position: Education Counselor / Senior Education Counselor
Job Description:
- Handling end-to-end sales and keeping the clients warm with regular follow-ups.
- Taking Interviews for the student advisory team members
- Experienced in Inbound or Outbound Tele Sales
- Convincing Study abroad agents & Getting Partnership Agreements signed from assigned Region & Clients.
- Providing services to Clients & updating them with New Programs and New updates from Time to Time.
- Providing Training to the Partners and their Counselors for guiding their Walk-in candidates for Studies & Career opportunities.
- Counseling students on available career options and courses offered by the Regenesys
- Counseling the Enquiries at the center or on-call and Converting their decision to enrollment.
- Providing information about the course contents, duration, eligibility, fee structure and work options as relevant to their choice of course.
- Maintaining personal interaction sessions with each students
- Advising students about academic requirements and selection process
- Daily follow ups of each and every enquiries by calling or counselling at center and converting them into admissions.
Skills and Abilities:
- Skills Require - Excellent Presentation & communication Skills Client relationship, High Energy Level Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power, Fluent in English, Hindi
- Should be able to work with a Team. Good at Computers.
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years
- Education: Any Graduate
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
