Experience     : Minimum 1 year of experience as Counsellor       

Age                 : 22-35 years                                                              

Location         : Mumbai                                                                   

Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate from any domain         

Key Result Areas

·       Calling potential candidates to generate walk-ins  & Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, batch adjustment, absenteeism, study habits, and career planning.

·       Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.

·       Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by the management.

·       Confer with parents or guardians, faculty, other counsellors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other problems.

·       Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their ward's progress, and to determine their priorities for their ward and their resource needs.

·       Prepare students for later educational experiences by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks.

·       Planning, forecasting and analyzing Market demand and student Trends.

·       Should be able to execute, and monitor the successful student recruitment

·       Should be able to achieve clear targets set – daily, weekly & monthly

·       Counselling students and parents, helping students in processing papers related to Bank Loans.

·       Provide weekly progress reports on student counselling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing and student responses.

·       Good Organization skills and leadership skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication skills and command of spoken and written English.

·       A “Can do approach” to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.

·       Very pleasing and friendly personality

·       Attitude of counsel and advice.

·       Constant updating of information relating to Education etc.,

·       Should be a team player.

·       Power dressing would be plus.
